About the event
In this workshop, we will go over metta/lovingkindness style of meditation. This is a meditation that originated in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. Compassion for others is cultivated to increase happiness and well-being. This also helps to prepare the mind to eventually reach higher levels of meditation. Zoom links will be automatically sent to you after registration.
This will be a pay-what-you-can by donation event, with suggested donation starting at $5. All proceeds will go straight back into me continuing to be able to provide yoga and meditation classes for free!
