FREE virtual classes are now being offered via Zoom (scroll down for full schedule). Please check out our Upcoming Classes page for class details and registration!
Hi, I'm Traci Alwis! I hope to practice with you soon. I incorporate elements of several Eastern yoga and meditation traditions into my classes in order to create a dynamic and elevating experience for my students.
I received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Bhakti Center in NYC. I have also undergone 100-hour traditional meditation teacher training under the mentorship of a Buddhist monk. Yoga and meditation have been such positive influences in my life. This is my motivation for wanting to share these practices with others and make them accessible for all.
About Ekagra Yoga
Ekagra is a word in both Sanskrit & Pali to refer to one-pointed concentration. It implies a tranquil, yet attentive mind. Cultivating this trait greatly enhances one's meditation and yoga experience.
At-home yoga can be just as fulfilling as yoga in a brick and mortar studio. Sometimes even more so. Let's practice together from the comfort of our homes!
